# Usage History

> Complete guide to tracking and managing your usage history, charges, and consumption analytics

## 📊 Overview

The Usage History feature provides a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring your platform consumption, tracking charges, and analyzing usage patterns. This powerful tool helps you understand your spending, optimize usage, and make informed decisions about your service plans.

## 📥 Usage History - CSV Export

Want to keep a copy of your usage data or analyze spending in Excel/Google Sheets? You can quickly export your usage records as a CSV file.

**How to Download Your Usage History**

1. **Choose Filters**
   * **Date Range:**\
     Pick a time period (e.g., *Today*, *Last 7 Days*, *This Month*, or set a custom range).
   * **Status:**\
     Narrow down data by type—Phone No, Minute, SMS, or Other.
   * **Bill Type:**\
     Limit to only *Dialer* or *AI* usage entries.
   * **Agent:**\
     Filter for a specific agent’s activity.

2. **Apply Filters**\
   Click the **Filter** button after making your selections to refresh the results.

3. **Export**\
   Click the green **CSV** button next to Filter. Your file will automatically download!

**🧾 About CSV (Comma Separated Values)**

* **CSV** is a simple, universal file format for tabular data.
* Each line is a row, and each value is separated by a comma.
* CSV files work seamlessly with Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and most data tools.

* All visible usage records (based on your filters)
* Details such as:
  * Charge amount
  * Usage counts
