Send Carrier Application Files#

Uploads only the files Carrier asked for on an already-submitted application. Status must be info_requested, and Get Carrier Application needs must list the kinds.

Send multipart/form-data. Field name is file_{kind} for each kind in needs (id, incorp, consent, ein, other). Do not send kinds that were not requested. Files attach to the same reference.

Only the account owner or an admin can call this.

Each file must be a PDF or image (png, jpg, jpeg, webp, heic, gif) and 4 MB or smaller.
