Submit Carrier Application#
Submits the company's Carrier application once. Only the account owner or an admin can call this. A company that already has a reference cannot submit again.
Send multipart/form-data (files plus fields). Legal name, EIN, entity, and address are taken from the default business profile when you omit them — finish Settings → Business Detail first, or send those keys here.
