  • When you click Delete, a confirmation popup will appear with the message: β€œAre you sure you want to delete user(s)?”
  • The popup will clearly display the users selected for deletion and warn:
    β€œThis action cannot be undone!”
  • You have two options:
    • Yes, Delete User: The user and their associated module records will be removed from the system .
    • Cancel: The deletion process will be canceled and no changes will be made.
Use this to remove ex-employees or clean up users you no longer need.
